A legal, guided path into the sacred.
Psilocybin-assisted therapy offers a profound opportunity to access layers of the psyche and soul that traditional talk therapy often cannot reach. Through expanded states of consciousness, individuals can contact deeply held emotions, buried memories, and long-forgotten aspects of self—allowing trauma to soften, patterns to unwind, and truth to reemerge. When held with intention, preparation, and clinical care, psilocybin becomes a doorway into transformation, not escape.
At Transformation Counseling, I offer legal, trauma-informed psilocybin therapy services in Oregon and Colorado, where state-regulated psilocybin work is currently permitted. As a licensed facilitator in both states, I hold this work with deep respect, clinical integrity, and in full alignment with current ethical, safety and legal standards.

While psilocybin is not yet legally approved for therapeutic use in every state, there are growing movements toward access and reform nationwide. If you're curious about this path, I encourage you to explore your state's evolving laws and reach out with questions. (See the Know Your State’s Laws section for more information.)
Two Pathways, One Purpose: Reconnection
Sometimes, the depth of what’s been carried calls for a full-dose journey—held with intention, safety, and legal support. But not everyone feels ready for a full-dose journey—and that’s okay. For some, microdosing with psilocybin can be a powerful and accessible way to begin. This gentle, sub-perceptual approach may support mood regulation, emotional resilience, creativity, and connection to self over time. Whether we’re working with micro or macro levels, the focus remains the same: helping you reconnect with what’s been lost beneath trauma, stress, and survival.
This work is for those ready to enter a full-dose, immersive experience with psilocybin. It may involve encountering trauma, memory, insight, and states of awareness far beyond the everyday mind. Supported by intentional preparation and integration, these sessions can be profoundly catalytic for long-standing issues—helping you reconnect with parts of yourself long buried beneath survival, suppression, or silence. This is not a quick fix, but a sacred invitation to meet yourself more honestly, more fully, and more compassionately than ever before.

Macrodosing Journey Work
A gentler, sub-perceptual approach to working with psilocybin over time. Microdosing doesn’t take you out of your life—it helps you meet it more fully. While you won’t experience hallucinations or altered states, many find it increases emotional regulation, creativity, connectedness, and self-awareness. Microdosing can be especially helpful for those not yet ready for journey work, or as a form of integration and stabilization after a journey. It’s a quiet shift—but often a meaningful one.

🌿 Why Engage in Psilocybin Therapy?
Clients often turn to psilocybin therapy when other forms of healing have plateaued or felt incomplete. It can help you reconnect with your intuition, interrupt ingrained patterns, process long-held grief, and access insight that feels embodied—not just intellectual. This is the kind of work that speaks to the self beneath the survival.
This work is for those seeking something deeper. Whether you’re navigating complex trauma, persistent depression, existential longing, or simply feel disconnected from your inner truth, psilocybin can offer a powerful reset—emotionally, spiritually, and neurologically. It is not a magic cure, but when approached with guidance, care, and integration, it can become a catalyst for lasting change.

The Benefits of Psilocybin Assisted Therapy 🌿
Psilocybin-assisted therapy offers more than symptom relief—it opens the door to deep emotional healing, somatic release, and spiritual remembering. With the right support, this work can help you gently unwind trauma held in the body, shift long-standing thought patterns, and reconnect with your core self.

Clients often report increased clarity, a renewed sense of meaning, and a profound feeling of coming home to their truth. This is not about escaping life—it’s about reclaiming it. Psilocybin can awaken inner guidance, amplify intuition, and help you feel more fully and live more freely.

This is healing that honors both science and soul.
Know Your State’s Laws
Psychedelic laws are evolving rapidly—but access and legality vary from state to state. It’s essential to understand what’s currently allowed where you live.

Oregon and Colorado are the only U.S. states where licensed psilocybin facilitation is legally permitted under state-regulated programs. I am licensed in both states and offer psilocybin-assisted services in alignment with those legal frameworks.
Missouri, Washington, and most other states currently do not allow psilocybin for therapeutic use. While interest and reform efforts are growing, this work remains illegal outside of approved programs.
I do not offer psilocybin journey work in states where it is not yet legal.
If you’re unsure about the laws in your state or want guidance on safe, ethical pathways, please feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help you explore what’s possible based on where you are.
Legal & Ethical Considerations
🌿
Psilocybin-assisted therapy is currently only legal within regulated frameworks in Oregon and Colorado. I am a licensed facilitator in both states and offer this work only within those legal contexts. I do not provide psilocybin services in states where it remains illegal, including Washington and Missouri. If you're exploring this path, it's essential to be informed. See the sidebar section: Know Your State’s Laws for details.
Begin the return to your truest self. The path is here when you’re ready.

“True healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering what’s sacred. Beneath the wound, there’s always a whisper of who you were before the world asked you to forget.”
