“There’s no one path home. Just  the one that calls your name.”

Ways We Can Work Together

We offer a range of therapeutic services tailored to support your journey.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing—just the path that fits you. At Transformation Counseling, there are a variety of ways we can work together, each designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you long to be. From one-on-one therapy and group work, to ketamine-assisted sessions, psychedelic integration, and deep personality typology exploration, each offering is a doorway inward. The work begins wherever you are.

Individual Therapy

Private, one-on-one sessions where deep, experiential healing takes root. This is a space to slow down, turn inward, and be met exactly where you are—without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are, right now. Together, we’ll explore the layered terrain of your experience: trauma held in the body, emotions stored in the nervous system, parts of self shaped by survival, and the deeper truths waiting to be reclaimed.

Our work integrates somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gestalt-based, body-centered psychotherapy—approaches that invite not just insight, but real, embodied change. For those called to it, we can also incorporate ketamine-assisted therapy or psychedelic preparation and integration into our work, using expanded states of consciousness as powerful gateways for healing and reconnection.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, early relational wounds, or simply

longing to return to your truest self, this is a path of compassionate attunement,

clinical depth, and soul-rooted transformation. The pace is yours. The work is

collaborative. And the healing begins the moment you say yes.

Together we'll create your unique path toward healing & personal growth.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a powerful container for healing in connection—with others and with yourself. In these small, carefully held groups, you’re invited to bring your full self: the grief, the anger, the numbness, the questions, the ache to be seen. Through guided prompts, experiential practices, and somatic awareness, group work allows what’s personal to become universal—and what’s been hidden to gently rise into the light.

Rooted in trauma-informed care and attachment-based principles, these groups offer a space to explore relational patterns, emotional defenses, and long-held beliefs in real time. With compassionate witnessing, body-based grounding, and practices drawn from Gestalt and parts work, group sessions foster deep insight and shared language for what’s been carried alone for too long. You don’t have to have it all figured out to show up. In fact, that’s the point. This is a space where healing happens through resonance—where you see yourself in others, and in turn, allow yourself to be more fully seen. For many, this work becomes a bridge: between isolation and connection, insight and integration, survival and belonging.

Group therapy offers a safe, resonant space to soften old defenses and choose new ways of being—in connection, not alone.

Virtual & Text Therapy

Healing doesn't always happen in a room-- and therapy doesn't have to either. Virtual and text-based therapy offer a flexible, consistent way to stay connected to the work, especially when life feels full, unpredictable or heavy to carry in person. Whether you're navigating chronic illness, parenting demands, burnout, a complex schedule or simply feel safer opening up from the privacy of your own space, this approach meets you exactly where you are -- literally and emotionally.

Far from a compromise, virtual and text-based therapy can be a deeply effective path for those who process internally, reflect best in writing or prefer space between sessions to integrate. This format can also be ideal for neurodivergent clients, highly sensitive individuals or anyone who finds traditional settings overstimulating or overwhelming.

Sessions are grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused care and body-centered inquiry. Whether we connect through secure video calls or structured written exchanges, the work remains intentional, attuned and oriented towards lasting change. This format may be different from what you're used to-- but no less powerful.

Healing doesn't depend on a setting -- it depends on presence, safety and how we meet what's there. And those things? They travel.

Intensive Workshops (Individual, Couples, Group)

Work with me in an intensive format – whether one-on-one, in couple’s work or within a carefully held group– offers a potent container for transformation. These experiences are designed for those who feel called to go deeper than the limits of weekly therapy allow. We slow things down, stretch time and create immersive space to explore what’s been buried, blocked or quietly waiting beneath the surface. Whether it’s through depth-oriented psychotherapy or psychedelic-assisted work, each intensive is shaped to meet your needs– with somatic practices, parts work, body-centered inquiry and attuned presence woven throughout.

For some, the path includes legally guided psychedelic experiences– like ketamine or psilocybin. For others, the journey is rooted in breath, sensation, memory and story. Whether you’re in an individual intensive, a couple’s healing immersion or a group workshop, the intention remains the same: to help you reconnect with what’s true, reclaim the parts of yourself left behind and begin to live from a place of wholeness. This isn’t surface-level change– it’s sacred, embodied disruption. The kind of work that shifts your inner world and how you move through the outer one.

The benefit of intensive work lies in the depth and momentum it offers. Without the constraint of a 50-minute hour, we’re able to drop in, stay longer and follow the thread wherever it leads. This allows for deeper emotional release, more complete nervous system integration and a more spacious and attuned process– especially when navigating trauma, relationship dynamics or expanded states of consciousness.

It’s not just more time. It’s a different kind of time– one where healing has the space to truly unfold.

Flying eagles in the mountains

Say yes to your journey inward.

An invitation to do the deep work—where insight meets embodiment, and healing begins from the inside out.
