Nurturing Community Life
This workshop is designed for those entities who are interested in strengthening their teams and communities through group engagement in self-exploration. Groups and systems are created by a collection of individuals coming together for a common goal, and are affected by both group and individual identities as well. The workshop will include discussion related to both group and individual identity based upon the MBTI & Enneagram personality tools, as well as exploration around how differences in type can contribute to conflict with the group or straying from the original vision or mission of the group. We will explore how groups can create strong and purposeful teams based upon psychological type and how to tap into each member's strengths and interests. Through conversation, experiential exercises, and group process, the workshop will facilitate self-understanding and reconnection to the common mission or purpose of the group, while building a stronger community.
The workshop is appropriate for corporate or non-corporate environments, seminars, workshops, classes, retreats, business consultations, and phone consultations. As well, the workshop length and emphasis can be adjusted to fit your group's needs.
