School Intervention Program
This program is offered for those schools, faculty or administration that are interested in learning more about using psychological type to help students discover and enhance their potential in the classroom. Most schools emphasize one type of personality in both teaching and assessment, which leads to differentials in the learning process, and often is the reason for low motivation, and/or behavioral challenges in the classroom. Learning about your students' Myers-Briggs Type, as well as your faculty or staff's personality type can guide you in reaching those "hard to reach" students or staff, as well as in building strong and successful learning teams that are committed to the development of the whole child. Psychological type can also be applied to curriculum reform, building collaboration in teams, conflict management, school operations, personalizing instruction and lesson plans, personalizing the learning environment for students, and development overall pathways to achievement in your learning community. This program is designed for those school communities who are interested in an innovative approach to enhancing success both in and outside the classroom.
